Super clean and welcoming room, nothing was missing, we had a problem when we arrived, we were unable to open the door of the structure first and the door of our room immediately afterwards, solved in record time, the very kind lady answered us immediately pointing us the methods of access. If I may, the only "flaw" is the gimmick that opens the door of the structure, very technological, perhaps too much for us
